Firstbeat Technologies is the leading provider of physiological analytics for sports, fitness and wellbeing.
THE PROBLEM STATEMENT
Firstbeat was unsatisfied with their current website and how the website supported the Firstbeat’s business strategy of 3 different customer segments, each with a very different service offering.
OUR APPROACH
We held a workshop with key Firstbeat stakeholders, where we found out the vision and strategy for the three customer segments as well as the challenges Firstbeat had with implementing their vision in their current website.
Before and after the workshop we continues investigating certain topics with phone and email interviews.
Based on the findings we started looking into how implement the Firstbeat’s vision both how to in practice and with what technologies this could be accomplished.
The work included Service Design and technology analysis, where the outcome of the project was a suggestion for Firstbeat’s future content structure, web technology recommendations, and project plan.
THE RESULT
Firstbeat was able to move forward within weeks after the worksop and interview with choosing the new technology stack for their webpresence. Together with Firstbeat we sharpened Firstbeat’s digital sales and customer service strategy that Firstbeat developed with their chosen IT partners.
