Siria is a company based in Finland that provides services for management development and the promotion of health and well-being. Siria offers training, coaching services and occupation well-being coaching in a customer-oriented manner with taking into account their customer’s changing needs.
THE PROBLEM STATEMENT
Siria’s business model changed dramatically during the Corona pandemia. Siria had to transform their services to be provided fully digitally. Siria’s desire was to create one digital platform for a seamless and unified customer experience.
OUR APPROACH
We managed the digital project with working closely with Siria and Siria’sselected partners to build a digital platform that would support all of Siria’s services while keeping data security as the core driver of the solution.
THE RESULT
Siria had a new visual brand, digital platform with many automated processes ranging from digital agreement flows, to fully automated enrollment processes and digital communication. The project was launched in 2 phases in under 6 moths.
